  Came in today. Line outside was wrapped and inside was a handful of people. There were only 2-3 employees all of whom were hustling non-stop. Sure, it took a few more minutes than usual but our food was fresh and delicious. Get these employees more money or more help!

  Dude I genuinely do not understand how every time I come here, I have to wait 20 minutes. The kid in the drive through window has forgotten where he worked the last two times I’ve been here, saying “welcome to uh.. oh yeah Arby’s” twice in a row. The food was alright though, nothing to complain about.

  We were the 2nd car in line, we've been sitting here in the drive thru for 10 mins and now were in the holding spot waiting for our order. Wth is wrong with this place, I could understand if they were busy but 3 cars total in the drive thru..... EDIT**after almost 20 minutes we got our order and it's just warm. I'd like to know what too so damn long and it's not even hot?!! ***EDIT*** Thank you to Arby's for caring enough about your customers to reach out and try to make it right. I suggest that anyone else whose had a bad experience here let them know, they do care. That's more than I could say for some other businesses. Will be returning to Arby's.
