  We ordered three blizzards: one mini Reese’s and two smalls. When I received the mini Reese’s, it was practically empty of candy. I informed the staff about the missing candy, and they were extremely rude to me. I spoke to the manager, who was equally rude. I requested a refund for the empty mini Reese’s, but she was also rude about that.

  The food that I actually made it home with wasn’t bad to bad it was missing half the order and the woman working the window was rude and incompetent at her job. I’ll definitely just go to Culver’s instead!

  They do t really care if you with 30 minutes for your food! I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse for the price and and wait.. I most definitely would not recommend

  I just asked for a chicken strip basket hoping for gravy like usual, but I guess the cook wanted me to have BBQ sauce. Thanks a lot

  This place is basically where all things happy go to die. I get it… it’s just ice cream and frozen food that gets thrown in a fryer, but how do you manage to screw up the simplest stuff this consistently? The service is almost always lackluster. Nobody seems like they actually wants to be there or do their job. And to the kid working the drive-through window last night with the big hair and the hat that couldn’t even cover it, learn some basic manners. You practically tossed our Blizzards at us, slammed the window shut, and immediately turned your back like the job was over. I’m sure you were in a hurry to go hit your vape pen and do a Fortnite dance behind the dumpster with your friends, but in the real world you’ve got to show up, do the job, and at least pretend to be decent at it. Ice cream and fried food shouldn’t be this hard. Yet somehow this place manages to make it feel like a chore every single time.This place is basically where all things happy go to not exist. I get it… it’s just ice cream and frozen food that gets thrown in a fryer, but how do you manage to screw up the simplest stuff this consistently?
