  ordered with their app, it's been over an hour and it's still not picked up on it's way. This location also shutdown their phone so there is no way to call. The app also doesn't have a function to get real help. This is crazy.

  Had mobile order for pickup in the dining room for lunch. Doors were locked. Called the store and they refused to give me refund. The management here are scammers.

  Had multiple hairs in each of my tacos. This one happened to be short. The first one in my first taco was long and curly and blonde unlike my hair. I was so disappointed to eat one at least i probably got hair in my mouth. Be safe.

  Huge shout out to night crew from 3/14. Really 3/13 but it was 1:45am. I ordered extra chicken and EVERY time I do I feel like I get less that a normal portion. But this time I actually got extra, which was such a nice surprise. Food was fresh and accurate. And crew was friendly and fast, thank you! 🙏🏼

  What happened? 3/8/26 was pathetic. All cars sat still for a good fourty minutes. Saw a couple employees chilling in the parking lot and asked what was going on. My question was met with indifference and aggression. I prepayed so couldn't leave but the hour I spent in line was brutal. What the hell happened
