It took 20 minutes for the 2 employees to get my order done. They were also out of black beans. The store was in disarray and trash needed to be emptied. I will not be returning or ordering from this location again.

We ordered several hours ahead of the pickup time, only for me to arrive at the restaurant to find that our order wasn't ready. Both times, I waited for 20 minutes while the employees ignored me and the other people who had ordered online to focus on the people who had just come in. Last night, after about 20 minutes, I asked why my order wasn't ready when I had placed it two hours ago only to be told by an employee "So did everyone else, you're just going to have to wait." This is frustrating to me for two reasons. 1. The gentleman was rude to me. 2. What's the point of ordering online hours in advance if my food isn't ready at the pickup time. We like your food. Your customer service, particularly with online orders, could be much better.

She was able to multitask and stay kind, professional and attentive with customers needs! It was a complete 180 from the man sweating all over the prep counter! Travis was unbelievably rude to not only my family but I overheard the conversations behind me. He made my husbands burrito worse than a toddler with a smug attitude when my husband asked questions (because he has never eaten there before)! I truly felt bad for the sweet lady at the register for having to work with him. that was the most toxic work environment. I have ever witnessed! I also heard a conversation from a lady behind me that was given a voucher for food that this location had messed up and Travis pointed at the plaque on the wall and said come back when his name is here. Just completely despicable customer service. Sadly, but truly If I come back in and Travis is there, we will no longer be customers at your location.
