  Stopped in for lunch on a recent drive down I-69. It's been years since I ate at Wendy's and wifey said it sounded good. When we walked in we were the only customers, so we went right up to the counter to place our orders. I instinctively ordered a Double with fries and a drink. Wifey wanted Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, but it wasn't found on the menu. (seriously, it wasn't on the menu board). So she decided to get a Jr. Baconator with a couple adjustments. Our food came out pretty quickly. Mine was correct, but wifey's sandwich was missing the bacon (What part of 'Baconator' doesn't include bacon?). She had to go back up to the counter to have that fixed, which they did in short order. My burger was correct and the fries were good, but there's something about Wendy's fries that's always lacking to me. The drink machine is one of those machines with literally every soft drink on earth and some you haven't heard of. Dr. Pepper is always my choice and Wifey wanted iced tea (Gold Peak). The Dr. Pepper was fine, but the tea...wasn't. It was iced tea, but also had other soft drink flavors in it. Just a hint, but enough to make her not want to drink it. She went back and was going to get Coke® instead, but *what luck* it was out of Coke®. So she had to settle for water. She paid for a medium soft only to end up getting water. While we were sitting there she happened to look out the window to see a window cling *advertising the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger*...the one that wasn't listed anywhere on the menu board. The restaurant was clean and the staff we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. There were, however, a few things that made this a particularly lackluster visit.

  The Jr. Burger was almost bigger than a silver dollar, barely noticeable under the lettuce and bun. I took the bottom of the bun off and folded the top only to notice the meat was already gone.

  This Wendy's is hit or miss. When the A team is working, they're perfect and fast. When the b team is on, it's bad.

  Every time I've gotten food from here the food is cold and stale. in a time where the price of everything is going up and people are eating out less this is not the time to deliver bad quality food. people will just go somewhere else and you will continue to lose customers. personally I have given this place more chances than I should have because it used to be great but I will not be back.

  Worst Wendy’s ever. They only take one order at a time. How do you not have employees that can take more than 1 person at a time. It’s called fast food. The only reason I keep coming here is because my kid likes it. Don’t go here unless you want to sit at the ordering box for 15 minutes before they even take your order
