Was really excited to try this place this evening for a date night. Arrived and found the place completely empty, I can understand now after eating there. We attempted to engage the staff to find out what burgers were popular, but the staff seemed uninterested in telling us about the burgers and products. The music was loud enough that it was difficult to have a conversation with them.
We ordered two burgers and tater tots. The burgers were "ok". They were not bad, but not great for $10ish dollars each. The meat was greasy and I had a clump of onion straws on my burger that probably could have broken a tooth or skipped across a stream if thrown it was so hard. The tater tots were under cooked and cool/squishy in the middle.
The staff was doing nothing when we arrived and there were multiple dirty tables. That should have been a sign to walk out. Every step we took in the restaurant, our feet stuck to the floor. We both used the restroom and both restrooms were found to be in poor condition, mine without paper towels, and hers very dirty....
Unfortunately, we won't be going back, and based on the 3 groups of customers that came during our time, I would imagine if quality isn't turned around, this place won't be there long....

Ordered delivery. Double Bacon Cheeseburger was very very good. Enjoyed the fries and the cheese curds as well. Have driven by this place many times and decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with the cost and flavor. We will definitely be returning!!!
Burger was really good, fries were fries, hot and crisp but not really special. Place was quiet, 2 of us eat, both got burgars, I got fries, he got onion rings, I had water and he had soda. Bill was $30.00.
This Wayback location is always a pleasure to visit but I would like to focus my review today on a particular employee, Shelby. I arrived at 12:45pm to Shelby working the grill and nobody else in sight. Shelby immediately greeted me and said she would be right with me. She finished what she was doing, stopped to take my order, then continued her work. In the 45 minutes that I was there, I watched Shelby operate the register for all customers who came in, help others who were picking up orders, work the grill like a seasoned pro to ensure she took care of everyone's needs, and monitor the phone. She delivered everyone's food to the tables and found time to check back with everyone to make sure their food and experience was to their satisfaction. All this with no help, never missing a beat, and always with a smile on her face. When there was some time to "relax" as their were no more customers coming in, I watched her go to the back and appear to check on stock, rotate and prep some food items, or something of that nature. She could have easily sat down and just took a break, but she knew there was work to be done and she attended to it. No complaints, no fuss, and the smile never left her face! Shelby made my day better as she stressed over the multitude of responsibilities before her. It was amazing to watch! Great job, Shelby! And thank you for such a pleasant lunch experience. I will be back!
