- EMEthan May5 days ago1.0Had a very disappointing night last night at top golf in fishers. We were supposed to pay 80 dollars for an 120 minute game. I used my gift card that was for 50 dollars, told our server Hannah about it, and she said originally my gift card made the total go up, and then she said she was going to go in the back to “fix it”. When she came back, the gift card had only taken 20 or 30 dollars off when it was supposed to take off 50 and it said there was still 60 dollars worth of gameplay to pay for. When we were trying to dispute the charge, she immediately got an attitude with our group of 6 and said “I already explained it to you guys” even though the only thing she asked was if it was going to be split between us 6, with a very condescending attitude and walked away. She came back 5 minutes later when we were still in the middle of trying to figure us out and told us we had to leave because she needed to clean the table. Her name was Hannah. Instead of everyone paying 8 dollars, everyone had to pay 16. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. I’m either never coming here again or it’s gonna be a LONG time before I ever step foot in this establishment. Ridiculous behavior from the server!
