Pulled in late (2am) with 4 vehicles parked and several employees inside to only tell me they are closed. Went to Wendy's instead. Lazy employees!

This place is a disaster. Owner clearly doesn't care about how this location runs.
Been waiting for 30 plus minutes after ordering in app, every order has made its way back to the counter. Multiple people sitting at their tables looking at their food debating whether to even bother trying to get it fixed.
Absolute clown show. Oh look, another guy just came in from his car. Order is wrong. Incredible.

I placed a mobile pickup order and waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes just to get up to the speaker and be told that their system was down. I don’t blame the team working, I just wish they put up a sign or notified me in the app instead of me waiting all that time.
