    Ordered food through the app once arriving in the parking lot. Because the app is easier to use than the kiosk. There is never cashiers. Went inside to to pick up order. Stood and waited approximately 20 minutes until I finally said hey where is my food. Manager was extremely rude. Said they weren't responsible for the app. Refused to make the order even when shown the order. The lady manager became aggressive. Absolute terrible customer service. Taco Bell customer service is always bad regardless of location, and you're lucky if you get all the ingredients you paid for actually in your items, but this one is an absolute new low. And unacceptable. I went through corporate customer support and that took multiple phone calls and approximately an hour of my time after wasting my entire lunch hour without eating that day. I waited the return window time for my money called back in, waited additional time. My money never was returned to me. After 30 plus days I called again. They said that on there and they showed that a payment was made. I relayed that there was no such return to my bank account and I have proof that there was no funds received as a credit. I was told that I would need to take that up with my banking Institution. That is additionally terrible customer service. I trust my bank. My payments always go through. You know who I don't trust Taco Bell app. Taco Bell employees. Taco Bell manager. And Taco Bell corporate greed customer service. I have since boycotted Taco Bell and I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever have any of my money support what I think is a fraud of a company. And my suggestion is that others also voice their experiences because it's a continuous problem with Taco Bell and I am not the only one. Maybe if enough people boycott the company they might do something about it

    I am a doordash driver I went to this location at 1:00 in the morning. I had two deliveries to do and when I got there the manager of the building told me I could only do one delivery per car. The line was literally wrapped around the building and it took us 45 minutes just to get up to the window. I tried to explain to her that people were waiting for their food. But she just shut the window on us and said they were only going to give us one of the deliveries. It was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen. She does not deserve her job.

    took genuine years to get my food, when i finally got my food there was hair on some and both of the crunchwraps had barely to no food in it at all

    Gave my $40 order away to someone for no reason? Was there ON TIME to pick it up and all they said was “oh we gave it away”. No refund, nothing. Absolutely terrible.

    Typically my old is a 3 to a 4.5. But has declined the past couple times. Tonight was the absolute WORST of any Taco Bell EVER!!! Part of the order was incorrect. But ok, cheese verses the refried beens. But the chips tasted like the dirty grill smells. Don't know how that happened 🤮. And the burrito was cold? As in barely Luke warm. Tasted and looked like a mistake from 2 hours ago. Wilted lettuce,meat on one end, beans on the other...REALLY HORRIBLE THIS TIME GUYS!!! Service was quick... all I can say!
