We stood there for around 10 minutes thinking no one had seen us but when we asked about when they’d open, we just got a dismissive “in a few minutes”. He was made a shift leader 2 years ago. He has had numerous surveys talking about his great customer service and friendly attitude. He received a text message today from his manager stating that they are going to be demoting him because he is not knowledgeable in his job. He also stated that he is hiring and training people to be more knowledgeable than him. This needs to be addressed immediately. They have also known that he is Autistic from the day he was hired and they stated that they would work with him not against him. This is not the only child of mine that has worked at qduoba and has been discriminated against. I feel like training should be made for upper management regarding disability training.

I got some of the chips with my queso and they were so good, not to mention still warm. The restaurant was clean and it looks like it's maintained well. Everyone was welcoming. You can tell the employees care about their restaurant. I will definitely be back!
