Drive up order person appeared to be half asleep and really could offer no information on any of the items. It was downhill from their run. Although the sandwich was ordered dipped, it was so saturated, but the gravy had dripped through the wax paper, through the napkins and threw the paper bag by the time I arrived home. Absolutely no way to pick it up in your hands. It was also very bland compared to the sandwich I had in Chicago one week prior. Very disappointing and I’m sure it is due to a lack of supervision in the kitchen.

So they gave me a bottle of water. There is one here in Orlando. I've never been. I can't say, whether I will go and try to find it and eat there. I got the beef that was shaved only no bread. And another Advisor got the beef with the bread and she said, was real soggy, and wet, and so she just had to eat the meat out of the wet bread, so I am glad that I got mine just the meat, cheese, and veggies only.

Order kiosks are an awesome way to help newcomers and speed up lines. Waited about 10 min for the food, which was not bad considering it was weekday lunch hours. This place is known for its Italian beef and it did not disappoint. Ordered it single dipped and with hot peppers. Good portions. See pic. Only negative were the fries. They’re definitely previously frozen but our fries were chewy like they had been sitting for a while. For all those negative reviews for the hot dogs, try the Italian beef instead!
