Horrible meal and experience. Sandwich felt like it was sitting under the heating lamp and not made fresh. Fries were barely warm. Lobby and tables were dirty. I actually had to clean one off to sit and eat what I could. Lobby floor was exceptionally slick. Almost like they used a kitchen mop laced in grease to mop the lobby. Big safety issue

This place always have the slowest service ever. I go to many McDonald's but when I stop by this place I just somehow spend 20 minutes from drive thru to get the order.

Wife and I went to mcdonald's December 11th 2025 after leaving Walmart Grabbed the Bigmac meal and the 2 cheeseburger meal both Medium the fries were cold and hard with some soggy ones in the mix my drink a Sprite when handed to me she called it a water which I replied I ordered a Sprite she looked at it and says it is with a few ice cubes floating on top well the drink was warmer then the fries and was watered down, when I called to complain with the number posted on its website it went straight to voicemail and said to leave a message spent $20.76 on crap food just because we wanted a quick meal NEVER AGAIN next time we will make the drive down 37 and get Steak N Shake always fresh and always HOT now I see why this location on 131st in Fishers only has a 3 star rating. The buns were old and cracked ended up cooking dinner anyways and threw food away gotta Love McDonald's standards.

I used to come here every morning and multiple times a week for lunch untill today...I will no longer come here for breakfast, the Spanish guy at the window is rude and doesn't speak English, im talking about the round one that works the front window. They only half fill my coffee all the time, and when they mess up my order they ask me to drive around the building through the drive through again. These places are getting bad around here and the owners and managers just dont care, its sad really.

I am not a person who eats at McDonald’s, but on Thanksgiving day, there was limited places for us to choose from and so with help from another adult family member, I placed an order through the McDonalds app everything process went through as it should. I got the notification everything was ready for pick up. I arrive at the location just to be told they are closing within 10 minutes and they cannot fulfill my order because they’re not doing lunch and my entire order was lunch items so then I asked them. Why did everything go through verify take my payment so if you’re not able to give me my food items I’m going to need a refund. and they said they cannot give me a refund so I had to call the police and explain things I still ended up leaving without the food nor any refund back to me as they tell me in the cops that I have to call the specific number for which I have been calling ever since to get my refund and only getting disrespected the runaround and even disrespected by the Manager awhile on call with Dispatch regarding this matter, the manager Esteban is speaking disrespectful in Spanish about me and my son But what he doesn’t know I’m fluent in Spanish and I did hear and understand what they were saying. I just didn’t say anything stayed on the call with the dispatch until the police arrive but again I have not yet received a refund nor the food that they charged me for. I’ve been calling since corporate office, not the store and now I am being harassed by a female manager name Tamika, who continuously calls my phone being disrespectful and rude. and refusing again to give me my refund, she tells me that at this point I’m harassing, but I’ve never been back to the restaurant. We called their store once I’ve only been calling corporate trying to get my refund. She makes false statements when she’s the one calling my phone continuously even leaving one voicemail today for me to call them back, but I did not. I didn’t bother to answer her call until after she had already called 3 to 4 times back to back. She was downright very nasty. He denied me the refund. Tell me I was barred from the McDonald’s as if I’ve done something wrong. I don’t care I could show my bank statements and things I don’t eat at McDonald’s disgusting food. I simply went there because the options were limited for Thanksgiving day before everything closed so if you visit the store, make sure you get your receipt. Make sure you get your food. If not, call the police. I’ll file a report. Do whatever you gotta do to get your money back and also I recommend you reporting in communication with any other managers, they’re dishonest their thieves and they were harass you but turn things and say that the customers harassing them, but they can’t play that with me because I recorded everything from the start of all these issues so I hope I see this message and know that I am still waiting on my refund and I fully expect to get my refund and you don’t need to worry about borrowing me I’m not a confrontational person, but I don’t have any intentions in visiting any McDonald’s the most disgusting restaurant if I don’t have my money in a week, I will be calling back the police. I’ve been more than patient with cooperate waiting to get my refund but still to this day I have not gotten it I will give it another week if I don’t have it I’m going to follow a police report again. This is theft if you go to any establishment and you purchase food or go to buy something you expect to get the merchandise and if they cannot produce it then I need to give you a refund, but this has not been the case with my experience. I placed the order through the McDonald’s app, and it was not given any of my food nor a refund. stay away from the Manager, Esteban and Tamika. They are very dishonest people and very rude.
