I asked for a refund and I recorded a video but she told me she was going to call the police if I recorded a video. I stopped recording the video she began to tell me 10 more mins, she called the cops and had me trespassed but she never asked me to leave, trust me I just wanted to leave because my son was so hungry and we were headed to urban air. Which closes at 8 pm. I never said anything rude I just wanted my food so I could go home. She decided to make this one of the worst nights of my existence. I even said can I have a refund so I can just leave she said no. She made me wait until the police got there questioned and trespassed me. She is a horrible assistant manager. I have called over to the corporate office to let them know of this situation it wasn’t only me waiting other customer waited as long as I did but she specifically picked me to pick on. I have witnesses and I got there names. I was just waiting for my food.
