I pull up to the drive-through, he couldn't hear me and confirmed that he was having a hard time hearing me. I said I'll just drive up to the window then and he said no it's harder to take an order at the window. OMG you've got to be kidding me. Generally when you drive up to a drive-through and they can't hear you they tell you to come up to the window so they can take your order. Jimmy John's Management take note.
