Unfortunately, the employees at the Fishers store are less than friendly. Going through the checkout, no acknowledgment that I was even there, no eye contact, nothing. Instead, shopping at Fresh Thyme and going through her checkout seemed more of an inconvenience to her and the conversation that she was having with the girl bagging my groceries. It won't stop me from shopping there, but will certainly make me think twice whether the convenience is worth it.

The store staff are always friendly and they always have what I’m looking for in stock. The store is usually clean and well stocked. Once, there was a batch of moldy blueberries in produce and when I brought it to the worker’s attention they were very apologetic about it and even offered to go and look for some more for me in the back. Another time, I dropped a glass bottle of Beet juice and instead of the worker seeming irritated by the action they sprung into help but first made sure I was ok and not cut by the glass. I offered to help clean up the mess but they declined and allowed me to go replace the items that got ruined by the juice. All in all I would recommend this location to anyone in the area!
