When manager Alicia finally answered I was clearly upset! Alicia proceeded to call me RUDE and make excuses for their poor customer service. After a very short and non apologetic conversation Alicia took it upon herself to cancel my order due to MY RUDENESS and hanging up the phone on me! I have logged complaints on every Dominos site regarding this “Managers” ability to deal with the obvious failures of her management skills when it comes to conflict in a problematic situation. Alicia has no place in a management or customer service position with that attitude. If I were the franchisee I would definitely think twice about having this type e of person representing my store.

They claimed only have 2 employees. This store has to do better.
