This location used to be a frequent stop, but the service has declined a ton over the past few years. The older, blonde manager (?) is extremely rude and borderline aggressive, have had two weird experiences with her. One was when we were eating in and overheard her yelling at one of her employees, naturally we looked as one does when you hear a loud argument in a formerly silent, near empty restaurant...she caught us looking and yelled "YOUR FOODS READY, IN CASE YOU WANT IT!" No it wasn't, we already had it out on our table eating it...another time was recently when we went up to order and she gave my young child a sarcastic response when they tried to order for themselves, then snapped at me "what do you want?"...as I was ordering our food she was literally looking down at and scrolling on her phone the entire time. Then handed us two near melted bowls of ice cream soup. I'm not sure if this woman is the one who put up all the Bible quotes and imagery on the wall by the register, but her behavior and attitude certainly clash with it!!

*shuts drive thru door in my face*
I frequent this location a few times a year. While there is a closer location to my house, I dislike it and choose to drive here instead.
I pull up in the drive thru and attempt to order a pumpkin pie blizzard. The associate then responds with a little attitude “we no longer have that.” Confused since it’s the middle of October and all you see are advertisements for pumpkin??? I respond “oh they took it away? When?” The associate then responds with an even bigger attitude “ I DONT KNOW.”
I should have just left at that point, but proceeded to order something else.
I pull up and they tell me my total. I hand the rude associate my card to pay, and another associate brings me my blizzard. “You’re welcome.” And then she shuts the door in my face.
It was extremely rude. I won’t be back. Fishers Dairy Queen, check on your employees.

I went through the drive through and they did not give me a lid and the ice cream immediately started melting. It did taste good but since it immediately it got all over my car.
