  Manager here is unnecessarily rude. Just left tonight instead of getting drive thru order fixed because when I went inside, the lady insisted I then had to wait at the back of line bc I also wanted to purchase chips… Orders always wrong here anyway and they are always missing some ingredient , no matter what time of day. I like the drive thru, but it’s not worth the convenience because you get home and something is missing on your order. Chicagoland chipotles are NEVER like this.

  Some of the rudest employees I’ve ever met. I walk in and go to the counter to place an order, and a man comes up and says “Did you read the sign?” I said no I did not see a sign. “Well if you could try reading the sign on the front door you would see we are only taking online orders right now.” And he just walks off? Says nothing else. Bad experience, I won’t be back.

  Try to order from the app. Don't do that. If I would have known there was 20 cars in line and not moving I never would have ordered from an app that refuses to refund your money. Sat in line for 10 minutes line still did not move so I attempted to get a refund and it did not work. The app does not work unless there's literally nothing going on of the store. Pretty clever way to trap you into pre-purchasing something and then when you get there finding out that it's going to take way way longer than the anticipated.

  I wish I could give this place negative stars. The customer service is so awful…insane wait times for pick up orders (well after they’re due to pick up) and no one acknowledges your existence.

  I always like Chipotle. Delicious, but not too special. This one in particular was extremely busy. Long lines up to the door. Seems mostly patronized by college age students. 🤔 The workers did their best considering how busy it was, so it's not their fault they didn't get 5 stars-- it's scheduling and management. They were so busy for the hour that we were there, no one had time to check restrooms, refill hot sauce bottles, wipe customer contact surfaces (tables, drink center, etc). It was messy but there wasn't anything they could do about it. I'm betting management has told the workers they have to prioritize serving food and moving lines along, over cleaning. I've worked food service before and it's common to be understaffed and push the more "front facing" roles and neglect cleanliness. Anyway, it was fine. The food was good and healthy and tasted just like always, which i love.
