  Food is pretty good most of the time, but the staff is not always the kindest. Took my parents last night, my mom’s first time, and staff was not friendly or helpful in the least. They all seemed annoyed and irritable, including the manager(I think he’s the manager anyway). Hopefully things will change, because the attitudes are a turn off.

  I recently visited CAVA for lunch, and it was a great experience overall. It’s conveniently located in a plaza with a huge parking lot, which makes it very easy to get in and out without worrying about parking. When I arrived, the restaurant was semi-full but there was no wait at all. The place was nice, clean, and well organized, which made the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricier side, but the freshness and portion sizes help justify it. The staff was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Overall, I would definitely recommend CAVA for a quick, healthy, and tasty lunch option.

  I had a genuinely great experience at Cava recently, and it’s rare that service stands out enough to make me want to leave a review. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for, but what really made the visit memorable was the customer service. Manager Mycoe went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. There was a small mix-up with my order, and before I could even say much, Mycoe stepped in with a calm, friendly attitude and fixed it immediately. He checked in afterward to make sure I was happy and even gave a thoughtful recommendation for something new to try next time. It didn’t feel scripted or forced — just genuinely attentive and professional. It’s clear the team runs smoothly under his leadership. The staff seemed upbeat, the line moved quickly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I left feeling taken care of and impressed by how smoothly everything was handled. I’ll definitely be back.

  I was really happy to see that there’s a CAVA in the area. I’m from California, Los Angeles specifically, and I’ve already been to this location three times this week. It’s honestly a lot better than eating at Chipotle, and I’m not just saying that because I wanted something different. The atmosphere was great, the service was exceptional, and there was practically no wait time since I showed up early around 10:30. Overall, the food quality was really good and met the standards I’m used to back home.

  I’ve been to this Cava twice now, and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning. The food was good and the restaurant itself was clean, but the customer service experience was disappointing both times. On my first visit, it was my first time at Cava and I wasn’t entirely sure what to order. The employee who served me did not greet me or offer any help, instead, she stared at me and remained silent. Throughout the interaction, she gave me dirty looks and came across as very unwelcoming and disrespectful. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand that bad days happen, but that’s no excuse to treat customers poorly. I gave it another chance on a second visit and was served by the same employee again, receiving the exact same negative attitude and energy as before. At that point, it was clear this wasn’t a one-time issue. I want to note that another employee working alongside her was very friendly and respectful to other guests, which tells me the issue isn’t with Cava as a whole, just this one particular employee. Unfortunately, the repeated poor service has made this my last visit. I hope she’s able to find a role better suited for her, because customer-facing service doesn’t seem to be it.
