Took forever to get seated because there was no host scheduled which is mind blowing bc the servers doing host job making only $2.13 an hour is insane. We were there for probably a good 2 hours. Not one manager in sight helping the 3 servers on the floor which their service sucked. I mean of course it would if they don’t staff it correctly. Felt bad for them! Horrible management!!

Got a 20 piece wing and large fries along with a kids burger with fries…..no fries in the bag! Seems minor but never fails with this place. Disappointed but expected. The chain is not known for great service or getting things right. Wondering when corporate will step in to make this place worth while. We enjoy the food when it’s cooked correctly. Would love to be able to count on BW3, but is of course the same song I hear on repeat from those that have tried BW3s anywhere in the world….awful service and more miss than hit food with great potential. $55 and a 40 minute drive there and back will be spent on Wingstop going forward.
