  The food and everything was delicious, but please please please please double and triple check orders before bringing them out. We were missing a lot of items from our order and I hate feeling like a Karen when I have to point out everything like that

  Love the staff here so much! Mo, Olivia, Jess, Chris; They make you feel like a part of the family 🧡 Being so close to home, this is a frequent stop for me and mine. However, someone named Brian bullied a great employee, a college student, a hard worker, shows up all the time, kind and humble. Sprayed sauce all over his pants full well knowing he was on the floor. Disgraced and disrespected him to where a new hire quit. As far as I know, management did nothing. Can I suggest bathrooms tho? Like the new papertowel dispenser is not hands-free ....ewww And overall? typically at a state of embarrassment if I had company.

  Very disappointing experience. The burger called ‘Bean’ was extremely hard like a rock and tasted terrible. It didn’t seem fresh at all and looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place.

  Greeted by nice hostess. Sat in bar & bartender was extremely rude (shorter, younger redhead, I think her name was Caitlin). Didn’t pay much attention to us. Took about 10 min to write our food order. After 30 minutes of waiting for an appetizer & side salad, I asked how much longer the food would come out & she said “I don’t know, I don’t make the food.” Cashed out our check without asking if we wanted anything else as well. Only started being nicer to us after giving the check we didn’t ask for. Will not be coming back to this restaurant.

  When we arrived, we inquired about the buy one get one free boneless wings promotion that we saw on the website. We were told by our server Zachary that in restaurant the boneless wings were buy one get one half off. We then closed out our tab, and ordered buy one get one free boneless wings for pickup and waited in the parking lot. We ordered drinks and one appetizer before we knew about the BOGO situation, and it was remarkable how inattentive a server could be for so few items over such a relatively short time in the restaurant. The portion of fried cheese curds was absolutely pathetic for $5. Overall terrible, terrible service. We do not plan to return to this BWW location and do not recommend it to anyone else. Edited to add: I'm sure they'll tell me to use the "Reach Out" section on the website. I tried to do that last night and this morning, but unfortunately Google Maps gets an error that does not allow me to select the location at 13977 Trade Center Drive, Fishers, IN 46038
