- MSMeaghan SloneJan 1, 20262.0grabbed BOGO boneless wings for carry out on New Year’s day, knowing it was going to be a packed house because of the IU game. when we went to pick up our order, there was about an extra 10 minute wait. no big deal, they were very busy. get home with our food, the wings are cold and barely sauced. the “hatch queso” we ordered as a side was CHILI queso, not what we ordered. sucks to spend money on food to not even be able to eat it. weird to wait on the food to receive cold food. won’t be back.

We went in at 4pm with a family group of 9 - they weren’t busy, only 1 other table of about 6 people finishing up and a couple people in the bar area. As we waited for our order, the restaurant did start filling up - but it took over an hour to get half our orders, and another 15 minutes for the last 3 meals. All tables around us that came in way after we had ordered got their food before us, and were already leaving. Our food was completely cold, and half the orders were incorrect. They did replace 3 of the orders with hot food, except the chili hatch smash burger which came out plain, which I pointed out to the manager. By the time we got the hot food we were ready to pack up and leave. We were there for almost 3 hours and we were all disappointed in our experience. The only thing good was the chocolate chip and ice cream skillets we ordered while waiting for hot food. Over $250 later, and a bad experience.

We waited ONE HOUR for a Doordash pick-up order, constantly being told it “wasn’t ready yet.” After all that time, the manager finally said the order was never received and they couldn’t make it because the kitchen was already closed. This was clearly caused by the restaurant’s incompetence — no real apology, no solution, nothing. Unprofessional, zero empathy, terrible management. Absolutely unacceptable for a hospitality business. Never coming back and do NOT recommend. My calification is 0
