    The food was cold when we got home, 10 minutes away. The double roast beefs we got were barely bigger than the classic that we also received, that was supposed to be and paid as a double. We asked for horsey sauce several times as well as ranch and BBQ, and received only arbys sauce. Completely dissatisfied. Would love my money back, but Noone is answering the phone or anything and their website was even less helpful.

    It’ was horrible ! I just paid 34$ for dried chicken tenders ,three cold roast beef sandwiches on stale buns and then they forgot my Fries after all that !! If you’re going to gouge your customers at last give them some hot food !! I mean I could have gone to a proper restaurant and been served with good food !! Oh and on top of it they won’t answer the phone when you try and call !! Arby’s used to be good but this is Arby’s is a disaster
