  The location is clean but beyond that it doesn't feel like the staff cares. With my last experience, ill definitely be driving a bit further out of my way for the other DD further toward indy. The employee at the register was pushy while being overspoken by the other employees making the ordering process frustrating. The person who made my food threw everything together haphazardly enough egg patties fell out of sandwiches in the bag and the bacon on my sandwich was bunched in a ball under the cheese in the middle of the sandwich. Bathrooms and lobby were clean though

  I ordered a frozen coffee, it came way under filled with a large amount of whip to make up for the lack of coffee. It also wasn’t fully blended. The ice chunks were so big my straw wouldn’t work, I had to wait for it to melt for me to be able to drink it. Very disappointing :,(

  The Fishers location at 116th & Allisonville is nice but here lately the employees haven't been attentive to the customers when giving their orders. They've been getting people's orders wrong. There's way too much talking amongst themselves in their native tongue and they're very loud making for a unpleasant dining experience.

  This place is the worst place ever they always forget staff like every single time I go there there is some staff missing we go back there for a few times to just keep getting our staff, also they don’t follow what we order one time I ordered bagel with strawberry spread but they gave me bagel with plain spread when I’m ordering hash brown I always add without bacon and every single time they add bacon that thing is expensive and I throw it away and they always add to many ice in my coffee when I say a small ice half of the cup is ice.

  The drinks and good are typically fine, but if I pay cash I'm often given the wrong change by as much as 10 dollars. This morning in the drive thru I told the guy at the speaker I wanted a 10 dollar giftcard and gave 25 dollars when my order should have been pess than 15 dollars. I was given no giftcard and less than a dollar in change and the woman at the window argued with me when I told her I had given her money for the giftcard since there was no charge on the receipt. She still took my 10 dollars and did not give it back. I will not be returning to this Dunkin and I suggest you never pay cash if you plan on going here.
