  Ordered delivery. Two items not delivered. I called the store twice and confirmed the missing items would be delivered within 20 minutes. Items never delivered. I call back the third time and a new manager says oh yea the driver brought my missing food back and left it at the store. (Why is this ok? The manager allowed this, they knew we wanted our food we paid for) No one contacted me, driver didn't do their job, and manager knew our food was just sitting in the store and found that just fine. Driver has a huge tip, I paid the delivery fee, missing items... and NO refund. Contacted online and still, no contact or refund.

  Usually not a problem with this location but tonight kinda sucked. Ben the driver dropped off my order to my youngest son but forgot our 2 liter. Called the store reported my 2 liter was missing was told it would be delivered and 3 hours later nothing. No reply back and the app doesn't do anything. Will order again more than likely but i will check everything twice when getting my order. Dropped the ball tonight guys

  If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Completely disappointed in every way possible! My order took nearly TWO hours to be delivered!!! UPDATE: They did not send the $25 credit. Their offer is bull. Friday, 6/13/26 ordered at 536p. Estimated delivery at time of purchase 6-610pm. Checked app regularly for updates. Delivery time continued to be pushed back. Okay it's Friday night. Checked app at 630p said my pizza was delivered 611pm on app. It was NOT delivered. Called store at 642p. 11 min phone call. Put on "hold". Told they were contacting my driver. Literally sat in silence for minutes. Hung up. Called back at 653p. Said I was being forwarded to a manager. I was not. This was a 14 min phone call. I think I eventually ended up with a manager. Who interrupted me as I explained my frustration. I was told by the manager I could not get a refund unless I denied the pizza that had yet to be delivered to my home at 7pm, an hour and a half after I ordered it. I was also told my pizza was on its way but they couldn't tell me an ETA. I was told I could be given a credit for $25 to a future order, which would cover the pizza. Which has yet to show anywhere on my account BTW. My pizza was finally delivered COLD at 720p with a "sorry", nearly 2 hours after it was ordered. Of course it was cold. Receipt said it was ready for delivery at 553pm. I will not be ordering from this Dominoes even if I ever get a credit. I suggest you don't order from here either.

  I ordered from this Dominos for the first time and it was disgusting. Our pizza barely had any pizza sauce on it. Our wings were not cooked all the way, they were slimy and barely had any buffalo sauce. The first bite my daughter took she said it tasted like nail polish remover. I tried sending a complaint asking for a FULL refund and all they wanted to do was send me $15. No thank you. Buyer beware. I wish I would’ve taken pictures.

  Placed a huge order via the app and everything was ready within 20 minutes! Even had Silverware and cups ready for us. Excellent job!
