- NMNish MMar 24, 20261.0Extremely inconsistent. I DoorDash frequently and my order is almost ALWAYS wrong. My favorite is the super green salad which should come with spring mix. Some times it does and some times it doesn’t. Most recently I ordered and the bag had my name but the food inside belong to someone name Michael. He happen to be a vegetarian and I happen to be on a low carb high protein diet so imagine how drastically different our meals were. It’s frustrating because I love chipotle but I can always can’t on my food to not be right with this location ONLY

Just left tonight instead of getting drive thru order fixed because when I went inside, the lady insisted I then had to wait at the back of line bc I also wanted to purchase chips… Orders always wrong here anyway and they are always missing some ingredient , no matter what time of day. I like the drive thru, but it’s not worth the convenience because you get home and something is missing on your order. Chicagoland chipotles are NEVER like this.

I walk in and go to the counter to place an order, and a man comes up and says “Did you read the sign?” I said no I did not see a sign. “Well if you could try reading the sign on the front door you would see we are only taking online orders right now.” And he just walks off? Says nothing else. Bad experience, I won’t be back.
