    Was greeting by the manager, Matthew, as soon as I walked in. He was very friendly and apologetic when we realized the ice machine was empty. He immediately filled my cup behind the counter and came out and refilled the machine. All fried food was dropped fresh and was hot when I received it!

    The food was cold when we got home, 10 minutes away. The double roast beefs we got were barely bigger than the classic that we also received, that was supposed to be and paid as a double. We asked for horsey sauce several times as well as ranch and BBQ, and received only arbys sauce. Completely dissatisfied. Would love my money back, but Noone is answering the phone or anything and their website was even less helpful.
