  On 3-14-2026 me and my fiance went to the Arbys on olivia way in noblesville/ fishers at 10:00 pm her potato tots were ice cold . It too a half hour for our food to get to us. And was not busy.we asked for our money back .And the one in charge said we can't until morning when manager gets in. That's all below standards right? Tim Collins

  Went in today 02/19 Olivia Way Store to redeem a 3 dollar French Dip which was Luke warm and didn't taste good. Also picked up an order for my Wife which was a Reuben a medium Fry and mozzarella sticks all were Luke no cheese pull, barely any curly fries and they weren't even busy!! Not Satisfied For 11dollars worth of Food!!

  The roast beef was bloody, made my bun red. Tell me it is medium. Medium rare..... Guy at the register was good for understanding why I wanted a refund.
