  So this morning I got a mcgriddle but got no egg, cheese and bacon and a caramel fap with EXTRA CARAMEL but I didn't get my egg, cheese or bacon and I never got my extra caramel

  I am a local and this is by far the slowest and most inconsistent McDonald’s. There is always a considerable wait at the drive through, busy, slow, no matter what there is always a 10 minute wait. Always have to pull up to the flag pole and wait. It is absolutely rediculous, then half the time the order is wrong, cold the list goes on. Miss managed is an understatement.

  I went in to try the new Big Arch. This place is different from other McDonalds I've been to. They have an actual food runner. So instead of getting it at the window you pull up and he runs your food out to you. I know when it gets busy they tell you to pull here or there and they'll bring it to you, but this is not the case. That kid was killing it. The food, oh the food was the best McDonalds I've ever had. The fries were hot, the Big Arch was amazing, but too big for me. I got through half of it. I'm 6'1" and 190lbs.

  This used to be a reliable go to for me and my family. Within the last few months, there are younger kids that work there now especially at night. Which is fine, until I go into the store to correct a wrong order from the driveway. The kids are CUSSING AND FIGHTING WITH EACHOTHER. The place is a mess and the managers are fighting too! Idk what happened, someone must have retired and took the good service with them. Someone needs to step up and actually manage the employees.
