I was blown away with how quick they got everything out, the cleanliness of the place, and the politeness of the staff. Very impressed by this location. The cleanliness stuck out to me specifically!! So impressed!

It doesn’t help that the employees are not friendly or welcoming at all, making it feel pointless to even bring it up to them. They do not appear to care about their job or the quality they provide. The only reason I still come is to use up my free coupons from the grand opening. Even for free coffee, it’s hardly worth it. Not to mention, the service is incredibly slow. For being open for a year, you’d think they’d have it together by now.

Didn't toast the bread. They left my food, no bag, container open, on the counter until I came to come grab it. Cold food, of course. Who pays 6 bucks for cold eggs, flimsy bacon, and untoasted bread?
