  I typically love this taco bell and I tell everyone I know that this is the best one in town but tonight has changed my opinion I ordered 2 boxes and a gordida crunch for delivery when I got my food I had one item missing from one if my boxes when i called the woman that picked up the phone was extremely rude claimed that she put it in the box but I didn't have it finally she said we could come have it remade as long it's in a 48 hour window then she hung up on me so I called back 3 times each time she hung up on me before even speaking on my 4th call she finally answered I asked for her name for this review at that point she asked why when I told her she got extremely rude again and hung up on me again as I'm writing this she has hung up on us a total of 7 time none of which she even spoke a word this is ridiculous! Never telling anyone tom come here!!!!!

  Horrible drive thru experience, rude, literally ignored us as we tried to add on to our order. Then I asked if she was having a bad night and she said yes. I have hard time being overly nice to people and they still treat you like crap when you are spending your money at their work. If people stop ordering you stop having a job. Food was meh and the empanadas were hard as a rock. Just a horrible experience all around.

  Came to drive thru at west Lloyd store with two small mobile orders, never been a problem before. The lady in drive thru told me this time I could only get one order and had to wait in the drive thru again just to get my second order, all while being totally rude about it. Now my first order is cold before I even leave the drive thru after driving laps and feeling silly. I asked if my passenger could come in for his order while I waited for mine, but she told me the lobby was closed. Several people that did not look like Taco Bell employees were in the lobby at this time. Terrible service, rude employees and will not be going to this Taco Bell again.

  Drive thru order. Service is always great even though it may take about 20 minutes or so to get your food depending on time of day/night.
