  Staff seem miserable. Quick to get angry with customers. There’s been a couple cool workers but lately now, I’ve just been having issues.

  Missed half our food and had to go sit in the drive thru again forever then food was cold. Usually a good place for a quick bite but had bad experience this time.

  How do you go from the best Taco Bell in the city to the absolute worst , I’ve worked for Taco Bell before and there’s no way we would’ve ever served what my family was served tonight ..not to mention they completely messed up our order … The chalupas are so hard it could quite literally break a tooth if not a couple .. all the food is cold the only thing warm is the cheese sauce & then they didn’t even get my order correct , it’s so sad that we can’t even order to go or on the go without having to worry about a simple task of reading a screen and making sure the order is correct & then when we pull around to correct it we’re told “ they’re not taking any more orders at this time “ all while our order is completely messed up & absolutely disgusting !!! & then of course if you try to call you get no answer, completely ashamed that I even spent the money on this meal .. taco John’s would never !!!
