Guy who helped me was new, but responded promptly when I came in. One other worker was mopping floor in front of fountain machines, which both had out of order signs on them. Took about 10 minutes to get my food. I was first in line. Side door was open which isn't good security. No manager seen on site. Lots of chips were out of stock on rack. I get my receipt but I must have been charged combo meal although I didn't get any drinks. Subway needs to step up!
