New thick & thin crust recipes are terrible. The thin breaks like cardboard when you take your first bite. And the thick is as dry as a nun. Dont even get me started on the seasoned brick, I mean breadsticks. Its sad how far they have fell off
Was visiting friends a long way from home and was craving pizza. Stopped in and found the restaurant to be clean and quite friendly. The food was good quality,, typical of Pizza Hut, but the atmosphere somehow made it taste even better! I don’t get down this way very often but, I sure will stop in again!
Marinara consistently provides an outstanding customer experience. Each time I visit the store, I am greeted with a warm smile and a positive attitude that truly stands out. Her willingness to accommodate customers—such as honoring an expired Book It coupon with the understanding that “parents are busy”—demonstrates both professionalism and genuine empathy.
In addition to excellent service, the food is always hot, fresh, and of high quality. Her dedication is a key reason I continue to return and confidently spend on a regular basis.
Beyond the workplace, Marinara’s commitment to the community is equally impressive. She has volunteered with a local animal rescue and continues to give back by volunteering her time, even bringing her child along to participate.
Overall, Marinara exemplifies exceptional customer service and community involvement, making a meaningful impact both in-store and beyond.

Everything was great!I always come here because I know Marina does a lot for the community! I always get my food hot, fresh, and FAST! The new garlic butter on the crust is 🔥.
Marina is always friendly and bubbly and going above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. She is always donating food to the fire stations around her store. Marina also does a lot for her team. When I was in there last week I saw her carrying in two big bags of Crumbl to give them.
I have been to this location 3-4 times and every time they have forgotten something, from sauce cups, to toppings on my pizza that I ordered. On top of that, the customer service is beyond pathetic. My first time visiting the store was before the “remodel”, where an additional counter was added restricting entrance to the kitchen. Before this it was an open area an apparently many customers had mistakenly walked past the permitted area, including me. The assistant manager, Jeremy, quite literally screamed at me to get back behind the counter. I was honestly confused and looked around as so, when again, he screamed to get behind the counter. After he approached me to direct me behind the counter, and I honestly say this in a non degrading manner, the stench of his body odor made me almost choke. He also forgot to put the chicken topping I asked for on my pizza. My second visit, Jeremy was working again. He wasn’t really rude just quite dismissive and seemed as though he was disinterested in actually doing his job. And again he smelled of body odor. I have read other reviews and apparently that is a common complaint on that guy. I can’t believe an establishment that serves food hasn’t addressed that problem. It killed my appetite. The general manager, Marina, is just as rude. My last visit to this establishment, I was served by Marina. She also had a very dismissive attitude like I was inconveniencing her by ordering my food and I heard her bullying one of her teenage staff. The only positive experience I had was with a worker named Lane. He was very polite and respectful and my order was fantastic. He was working the store alone and still managed to attend every customer. My food actually came out on time, unlike my other visits. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. I would not recommend anyone else waste their money here either as it is sub par and dominos is only a few building down.
