  We were waiting for a while and didn’t think anyone was paying attention to the drive thru. We could hear them talking to each other through the speaker. We finally were able to order. We ordered a sausage egg McMuffin meal. We ended up not receiving the hash brown and there was egg shells in the McMuffin. We also saw a lady who was in front of us not getting everything they ordered as well.

  Food was great once I got it took 20 min for a kids meal 6 piece nugget and a sweet tea. Then the guy just threw our food in the window yelled a number which wasn’t on our receipt even tho we had a table tent number and don’t bother to let it be known it was ours till I complained that everyone else had their food before us that came in after us. I’m with a non verble autistic child who is my client and is 12 he had a whole melt down because he was hungry. They the guy tried to make me take the food after another customer took the food and I was like nope not for this kid I’m not. This place has went to crap since the remodel no customer service do front counter at all. Like we are invisible and don’t exist but yet we spending money on here. I promise not to be back to this one cause get it together.

  The new building has a sad atmosphere. All dark and gray. Poor Ronald is nolonger represented as cheerful and colorful. Had the worst experience yesterday 3/17/26 at the Lincoln Ave location. Purchased a shake, shake machine down. Asked for a refund, manager came and gave me $3.15 for my $3.19 shake. Now I believe it is accepted practice to round $3.19 to $3.20. But apparently this McDonalds believed the other way. And then we I questions it and the fact that she didn’t include tax she became very unpleasant in fact asked me how much I wanted her to give me and I replied what I paid. I know that she knew better because she had been the manager here prior to rebuild. Shame shame on this manager and lication

  Customer service at this location is really really bad (a zero) !!! Quickly checking my bf sandwiches this am we didn’t even get eggs on bf sandwiches this week. She yelled out the window bacon. Very Nasty attitude this was at the third window saying to pull up (not holding anyone up ) and I was still trying to talk to her and when she slams the window shut on me today. Then when I called she presented herself as a manager holding the phone barely talking to me while talking to others at the window. 3 days earlier the girl was throwing things all around and leaving her post highly frustrated at servicing an online order in the evening. Last night the order was completely wrong (OL) order. The most distressing is treating people like dirt in the drive through. We likely order 20 plus meals and most are for 2 a week. These orders will be at a different McDonalds location now because of staff’s unprofessional behavioral problems at this location. . I won’t put myself through this !!! This location really desesrves zeros.

  McDonalds has literally become the souless distopian returant you see in films, without any of the efficiency. The food is far too low quality and far too expensive. The value they keep saying they are bringing back, seems to be promises made in the same vain as when I tell my self when I say I won't go back to another one of these souless god awful buildings. The poor workers are spread so thin, who knows what their actual roles are. Waiting twenty minutes for food, at 3 in the afternoon, is in sane. Then waiting an additional 5 minutes for the drinks to that food, is even more insane. No napkins at the tables, or accessible to you as the customer at all, unless you ask the far to busy employees. Want a refill, good luck. Want a condiment. Good luck. So charging far too much for the quality and service of your food and then taking away any amenities you would offer at a normal restaurant, fast food or not. What a terrible, terrible place to be.
