  for the love of god please tell your employees how to read a tag. why did i ask for no pickles on two of my burgers and got nothing but cheese and EXTRA pickles. this happens way too often

  We waited over 30 minutes for our order…. in the drive through. We don’t come here because it’s fine dining we come here because it’s fast. Well it’s supposed to be anyway

  Just had to watch our food sit inside the drive thru for 20 minutes because they refused to hand the order out the window before several other orders were completed

  Went here expecting a normal dine-in experience and somehow every single step of it was handled wrong. We ordered at the kiosk, selected dine-in, got a table number, and sat down like you’re supposed to. Instead of bringing the food out, they just started yelling random items from behind the counter with no order numbers, so I had to go up and figure out if it was even ours. When I got the food, it was thrown in to-go bags instead of being served on a tray, which completely defeats the purpose of dining in. It gets worse. Our drinks weren’t even given to us. I had to walk back up to the counter and ask for them, and they were just sitting there behind the counter the whole time. How did they not see that they were sitting in the ABS machine the whole time? Did they not double check the tickets before handing them out??? Then we finally sit down, open the bags, and not a single sauce we ordered was included. Not one. When I asked about it, I was told they were out of one of the sauces, which is fine, but nobody bothered to say anything when we ordered and they still didn’t include the other sauces we did order. At least say something to the customer instead of just hoping they won’t notice or will notice and don’t mind, they charge for sauces by the way. Absolutely no excuse for that. The entire time, the employees were more focused on talking and gossiping with each other than actually doing their jobs. You could literally see where the attention was, and it definitely wasn’t on making sure the customers got what they ordered. One girl was even bragging about being the GM pretty much. You’re the GM and this is the type of service you’re letting get out? That’s pathetic on so many levels. This wasn’t one mistake, it was a chain of careless, avoidable issues from start to finish. I’m not someone who leaves reviews over small things, but this felt like a complete lack of respect for customers. If you’re going to offer dine-in service, at least follow through on the basics. This was easily one of the most frustrating fast food experiences I’ve had.

  Ordered curbside. They brought the wrong order 1st after 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes went inside. Had to wait with 5 other people waiting for their food for over 10 minutes. Finally got my food at the counter. Entire order was wrong. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and the staff is too incompetent to do it correctly. Horrible management and staff that don’t care.
