  Im so sad to leave a negative review of this place because I love their burgers. But I sat in here for almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to come out and actually take my order. I then placed an order online, and still sat and waited almost another 20 before anyone even bothered to come out. Used my whole lunch break amd then was late going back to work. Super disappointing. Edit: im aware of the no table service. I walked in, and went to the counter, no one came out, I then said "hello?" No which was no response. I then placed an order online, thinking it would get attention, and it did not.

  We had a really disappointing experience last night at Wayback Burgers. To start off we ordered three cheesy burgers, two orders of fries, one order of chili fries and three drinks. We ordered at 6:13 PM and didn't receive our food until 6:40 PM, which seems like a long wait for a fast food restaurant. When our food was done, the cook forgot to make one burger (which he apologized for). My son and I ordered fries and they were cold. The fries are supposed to be seasoned and there was absolutely ZERO seasoning on the fries. My husband ordered chili fries and he said the chili was cold and burnt. The buns for the cheesy burgers were barely toasted and was drenched in butter. My husband's burger was the missing burger so when the cook made it, he toasted his bun in the burger grease which made the bun soggy and nasty. Overall, the quality just wasn't there, which was frustrating given the amount of money we spent. Almost $50.00 later and we were all very disappointed.

  Ordered online, picked up in store. When I got home I found they had left out an order of fries, and did not give us the right burger. I tried to call the store, but it kept going to a voice mail box that is not set up. When someone finally answered after repeated tries, I was put on hold and they never came back. Basically, I wasted $7 (for the fries we didn't get, and for the "double bacon" burger which was just a 2nd classic), and couldn't even reach anyone to point out the error.

  The lack of urgency is what sparked this review. I waited ten minutes for a staff member even started my order for my shakes I ordered. It was not busy at all either! I even asked the gentlemen standing in the back if my order came through and the instant hateful look he gave me before saying yes took me back. He clearly did not want nothing to do with my order. If the employees can't offer the same attention to an order of milkshakes then maybe take it off the menu. Pretty sure I tasted the hate in my shake too.
