  When I first started getting smoothies had no issues. Here recently, end of 2025 begging 2026 service has been horrible. Messed up orders, slow service, workers don’t show up and they just seem to not want to be there. I ordered three smoothies online this morning for 715 and 721 got to the store late just to give them extra time and I still had to wait and was late to work myself because they only had 1 worker who was a new guy by HIMSELF. I felt so bad for him. They just really need to get it together. I usually don’t leave reviews

  The worst service in town. Plan to wait an hr food your order and have no communication from the staff and cares. Also take what they give you because what you ordered is probably never going to be handed to you.

  Very unprofessional kids run this place. I waited 40 min for my Togo order and when I asked where my order was they poured half my melted smoothie in the sink and handed me the remains of my order. No apology, no refund, just disrespect.

  Update: My son has been throwing up blueberries all night. I tried some left over and they were SOUR. Never coming back. I wanted this so bad. Your service sucked. Waited in the drive thru for 5min before I said hello is anyone there to take my order. She was rude and not polite at all. I got an acai bowl, COMPLETELY rocked solid frozen. The strawberries were bad, they were mushy and disgusting. My kids quesadilla was hard as a rock, stuck to the cardboard, it just overall SUCKED. has been great in the past with better people. Employees need to be fired before they run it in the ground.
