  Came to drive thru at west Lloyd store with two small mobile orders, never been a problem before. The lady in drive thru told me this time I could only get one order and had to wait in the drive thru again just to get my second order, all while being totally rude about it. Now my first order is cold before I even leave the drive thru after driving laps and feeling silly. I asked if my passenger could come in for his order while I waited for mine, but she told me the lobby was closed. Several people that did not look like Taco Bell employees were in the lobby at this time. Terrible service, rude employees and will not be going to this Taco Bell again.

  Drive thru order. Service is always great even though it may take about 20 minutes or so to get your food depending on time of day/night.

  My taco shells were stale and had bearly any meat or toppings. I also got a crunch wrap and it hat almost no meat at all. Second time this has happened.

  Got a Uber order here on a friday night and waited 30 minutes. Got abother order and waited another 40. Only had 3 people working. Service was slow and people were clearly stressed out.

  My friend and i waited about 45 minutes in the drive. the guy behind us literally turned his car off because nobody was moving.
