- HSHannah StreeterOct 14, 20251.0Went in ordered at the kiosk because employees were busy in the back which I had no problem with but then I waited 30-40 minutes to get my food I go up front the lady’s yelling from the back saying you got an order I said yes they couldn’t find my order so the manager comes up front and helps find the order and yes I showed the receipt that was sent to my phone so I had proof I did pay the man was nice and apologized he had his staff make my food then he had to do a interview for someone who was there I left when I got my food got to work and was missing some of my items this happens almost everytime I go there and unfortunately I couldn’t go back because I had to stay at work tried to call the store no answer the phone just rang
