- SSscevansDec 21, 20251.0Placed an online in-store pickup order and they hadn't started on it after 20 minutes (we placed it just before 9:50am to pickup on the way to work). Boyfriend went inside, was ignored, and when he could finally talk to someone they said they would "get started on it". They hadn't started it, knew it was there, but needed to be told to make it. 15 minutes later they placed the completed order behind the counter where he couldn't grab it and said nothing to him. The lady looked my boyfriend in the eye, at the bag, him in the eye again, then walked away. He had to ask a cook to get it for him. We leave with the food and the fries are bare, no seasoning. My chicken taco was supposed to come with chipotle but, aside from there being basically no chicken, was slathered in spicy ranch. Everything that was supposed to have chipotle had spicy ranch, even the spicy potato taco (that, as a menu item, comes with chipotle) had that ranch instead. The shells were also dry and room temperature. I try to call to get a refund for the LONG wait time (we were ~10 mins late to work, by the way), rude staff, and every item being incorrect but they don't answer. I don't know what went wrong, but based on other reviews, don't bother with this location. 15 minutes down the Lloyd is another one, just past Walmart. Or go to the McDonalds on Burckhardt instead. Anywhere but here.
