  The night guy with the long hair gauges needs better customer service. He almost got his teeth knocked out The way he was talking to me through the window He was so lucky I had my kids with me

  The artist with the long hair goatee and gauges was absolutely rude. I came in there at 5:30 and he told me if I order anything after 8:00 I cannot pick it up never been in this location And he asked me multiple times rudely if I understand what l he said this guy needs to get retrained on customer service or reported to the owners

  I go to college around here and have been to this subway 5-6 times since I’ve been in the area. ATLEAST 4 of those times they have given me the completely wrong sandwich, it happened again tonight. Atleast 2 of the times have occurred while in the drive thru, third time being tonight. The other times happened while ordering inside. I normally don’t check to make sure I received the right sandwich, because I assume I do. So I drive off with the wrong sandwich. Sometimes I just forget about it because I’m Already far away and go to a different subway. The other time it wasn’t just me that had the wrong sub, so along with TWO others, we switched our subs around and all was fine (BUT STILL). Tonight however I went back, per usual. The lady tried telling me I had the right sub. When I had the receipt showing. A foot long ham, not toasted on Italian. The one in the bag was a 6in, toasted, not on Italian and had nothing I wanted on it. It wasn’t busy tonight, only 1 time they messed up were they remotely busy. This time maybe 1-2 people inside and no one behind me in drive thru until after I paid. So I have no idea where this sandwich even came from. They finally accepted it was the wrong sandwich and the lady told the boy to make me a new sandwich. They NEED to pay more attention when handing out the sandwiches! However, once my sub was correct time it tasted great. If there was another subway close to campus I would be going there from now on, and I still might take the extra time to avoid this hassle.
