Placed an online order for pick-up and was told it would be ready by 5:30. Showed up around 5:40 and no order was waiting. Instead, I found two other people waiting for online orders, one of which had been waiting for half an hour for a cheese quesadilla. The store was busy with normal customers so they were completely ignoring all online orders. One online order got in line and tried to get his order made that way but was told he'd have to wait.
By the time the line died down, there were 6 people (including a Door Dash order) waiting for pick-up. I've never seen online orders de-prioritized like that. The whole point of online pick-up is to not wait. It'd have been faster to just show up and wait in line.
Also, the woman working tonight was incredibly rude and didn't care about our time. When we mentioned we had online orders, she barked it'll be about 20 minutes before they'd start on them. The gentleman she was working with was much nicer and apologetic. When the line died down, he got started on orders while she disappeared in the back doing who knows what.
Overall, we all got our food almost an hour after our pickup times but there's absolutely no reason to treat your online orders this way.

Stood at the for exactly 10 minutes, alone in the restaurant, and saw nobody. Heard lots of folks talking about Eric in the back... but nobody talking about hunger up front. Oh well.
