We had a filet mignon, baked potatoes, and a blooming onion! 😋😋😋 Our server was awesome! She was very friendly and very attentive! The facility was very clean and we didn’t have to wait for a table, but we were there a little later in the evening. The steak was delicious, the baked potatoes were good size and tasted great! The blooming onion was also very tasty! We will definitely be back! We give Outback Steakhouse FIVE STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Let me start by saying that my opinion of this particular visit does not necessarily reflect the overall atmosphere or the service you may experience — this is just based on my visit. When we were seated, drinks and an appetizer were ordered right away. However, I noticed we didn’t have any silverware or napkins at our table. That’s a basic detail that should be taken care of when guests are seated — I shouldn’t have to ask for it. The floor around our table was dirty, chairs weren’t pushed in properly, and the tables nearby hadn’t been cleaned. Management seemed to expect servers to clean the tables while three hostesses sat chatting at the front door — one even eating off a plate. This takes away from the guest experience and overall service quality. As for the food: the fries were overly salted, and the rice was hard and cold. The ribs were decent, and the shrimp was good. Overall, management needs to improve the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Outback used to be a special place for my family on special occasions, and I’d like to see it return to that standard. I’ll give it another try in the future.
