  Every time I come to this McDonald’s, it always takes 30 minutes to get my food! I also ONLY get a 30 minute break from school. If I wanted to wait that long for my food I would just go to a sit down restaurant. Not a FAST food chain.

  Ordered online and pulled up in drive-thru when no other customers lined up. Associate said he'd help me in 3 or 4 minutes. Other cars pulled up in other lane. He took 5 other cars orders and never switched back to me. Had to cancel my order and go to another McDonald's. I don't know if he just doesn't like women, but he refused to take my drive thru code or order.

  i’m typically not one to make a bad review because i worked fast food for four years, i get it. sometimes it takes awhile to get stuff out especially when you’re short staff or the crew doesn’t work smoothly together. however yesterday was my first bad experience there and it was a lot. i made a mobile order and went through the drive thru, which i usually get there fast since yk im on my lunch so i understand if the order isn’t ready. this time i sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes and no im unfortunately not exaggerating. i got in line around 4:30 and didn’t get my food until around 5:10. and yk you’re prob thinking wow you must’ve ordered for a party of 10- i ordered a 10pc chicken nugget and an apple pie on the app. everyone in front and behind me got their food before me and there was a line from the front door to the window. i was the very last person to receive food and i wasn’t the last car either. the workers were nice and apologetic but im not sure what was going on because i got asked several times what my order was. they were out of the apple pie which wasnt an issue because at that point i just wanted something to eat but idk if that was the hold up but it should’ve been communicated with me that id have to wait so long bc they were out of something- which i told this nice older lady that i dont even care about the pie that i just want my food and she brought out my nuggets and a large hot fry for compensation- also one of every sauce bc they didn’t know what sauce i had which i found funny. over all that wait was genuinely insane, they were nice and apologetic. i’m not sure what exactly was going on, they were clearly stressed out.

  I just sat at the speaker for 10 mins I finally pulled to the window which I had a mobile order the lady gave me my drinks and pulled me and I have sat here so far for 7 mins still no food! We need some good guidance at this location for I was a general manager at Wendy's for 5 years and never have my employees not even acknowledge someone at the speaker. At least they could have said welcome can you give us one moment but nothing! After tonight I probably won't be back at this location.

  Pulled me forward over a regular burger and 4 nuggets, seemed like they were just pulling anyone forward. Guy brings out everyone's food but mine then says hell go see about it 15 minutes later I come back around wait 2 minutes at the window just to be given my good basically room temperature and the wrong sauce ridiculous for 1 meal almost 30 minutes wasted ordering getting food just for it be sitting there the whole time
