The singular item I ordered was unavailable, yet they closed the order out. I can't get a refund due to that. I am out my money, couldn't get a refund from the store. Couldn't get the manager to get off her phone to help. The man manning the counter didn't know how to help. He honestly gets a pass in this story except for being the bearer of bad news. Save yourself the effort and go to Wendy's. It's five seconds away and can actually communicate. Fire the manager for being unwilling to get off her phone and help a client who was out their money despite getting no goods for their money.
