- TBTony Bell3 days ago1.0The new restaurant is cold and heartless.nobody to greet you. You walk in nobody is around, you have to place and pay for your order and go set at a table until someone decides to bring out your order. No service at all. I for one won't be back. I can say one thing, McDonald's is not what it used to be. Now, it's just a cold, heartless place with a bunch of employees that just don't care. That's not what McDonald's was. When it started.
