    Terrible customer service, very slow service, most employees have an attitude like they aren’t the ones who chose to work there… food is cold or nasty 9.5 out of 10 times. Prepare to get pulled forward almost every time so you can wait for them to deliver your cold bag of food. Yall are becoming by far the worst fast food chain around! Congratulations!

    Quality food served at reasonable prices. I've been visiting this McD's for 5 years, and my best and less than perfect experiences all depend on the crew working--just like most fast food restaurants.

    Worst McDonald's in the tri state couldn't get any food they only were worried about drive threw. Very unsanitary establishment.

    I was having a pretty bad day and decided to get some food around 11:00-11:10ish, I've ordered burgers with alot of customizations, normally with other places I wouldn't receive good costumer service after the annoyance but this place was different. I got all smiles, while being asked to drive around to the side to wait, when they brought my food out she explained my order and asked if I had medium fries, once telling her no, she then told me "good, I threw some in for you". I don't normally get any handouts, even though it may of been just a medium fry, it changed my day around. You have a pretty good crew here, I would try and keep them around 👍

    0 stars. This place is beyond deplorable. I am currently sitting in the parking lot like I have been for the last 45 minutes hour. Waiting on food that was already made apparently but when I asked if that was mine they told me it wasn't but then established that it was mine so then tried to bring it out to me after I had already been sitting there for 30 minutes and now I've been out here for another 20 minutes since then and have not gotten a drink have not gotten any acknowledgment. I have a child in the car that I'm not going to be able to carry back outside when carrying food because we got food for a group of us. And when calling they don't answer. Drive-thru says they don't have the order at all. I'm raging.
