  You can’t make this stuff up. Surreal. Went there for a sandwich this morning. Someone in the parking lot honked their horn behind me. The person on the speaker assumed it was me (it was not) and yelled at me to leave if I couldn’t be patient. She continued to yell and wouldn't listen to the explanation and didn’t care. So I was refused service because…someone honked their horn in a parking lot. Unreal. This is the workforce. Scary.

  Young blonde girl was working both windows, there was long line this morning but it was going very fast. My breakfast for the past 3 days has been out extremely quick and it’s been fresh everytime ! Very satisfied great job !!!!!

  Walked in, no monopoly tabs, we just curiously asked and the lady at the counter was kind of rude right off the bat "Were out". Same lady brings out our fries and A.Forgets a basket of fries B. Says "i wanted to get these to you while theyre hot". Cool great thanks, except they were lukewarm AT BEST. When we went back for the forgotten basket they pulled it from on top of the grill where it had definitely been sitting a second, threw it under the heat lamp for a few seconds then served it to us. After dropping a decent amount of money on food (there were 6 of us), we received our meal in maybe 5 minutes. We open our double cheeseburgers to burnt buns, MAJOR lack of toppings or wrong condiments , and could've swore one of them was undercooked but she was too hungry to care that much at the time. When my fiance went up to see if our burgers could be remade he was told "Its gonna come out the same" with yet another rude tone. We ended up just requesting refunds on not 1, not 2, but 3 double cheeseburgers. The was also someone else who requested a refund on their food. As someone who's worked in customer service for years, I find this absolutely despicable. Do Better.

  Usually Have a excellent experience with this location.But not today a saturday the eighteenth of october sat in the drive through at the order box for over 5 minutes. Finally asked if I could order cashier nice. As can be said, yeah, I can take your order. I gave my order manager, then proceeds to come ovee the intercom telling me no, they cannot take my order that I was rude and I can get the hell out of line. I proceeded to say that I was not rude that I've just been waiting a while and she proceeded to continue to be rude and disrespectful to me and I left.
