In that time I'd say I have ordered about once a week on average, I don't know what it is but for some reason the workers hate onion. I always ask for extra onions on my burger and it will have 0 onion. If there ever is, its just a singular tiny diced onion. Looks like they put the onions on, then took it off and left a tiny piece or two. I end up thinking "maybe I put no onions instead of extra". I check the receipt on my phone, it says EXTRA. I check the physical receipt, it says EXTRA. I check the label on the burger wrapper itself, it says EXTRA. I know its something minor, but it has happened on EVERY order. Not a single burger has been correct. I am giving it a 3 Star only because the fries, nuggets, burgers, cookies, pie, you name it, ALWAYS fresh. But they always mess up whats on the burger. I will also put light or no pickle. Sometimes they will end up putting extra pickles. It honestly just irritates me. I dont think its hard to put on extra onions when it already comes with onions. Even if they dont put extra, at least the standard amount of onions, but no, they put none at all. Would love for that to be fixed. They are also never quick. Any time i order more than 1 or 2 items, they move me forward to sit in my car for 10 minutes. This will even happen when there is only one other car. There was a time where I sat there for 30 minutes. Only reason why I put up with it is because the food is fresh.
