  Ordered extra milk in my macchiato and light ice and the girl filled the cup to the top with ice and when she started making drink she realized it wasnt going to fit because she put extra ice and not light ice so she dumps half my drink out and after the expresso was added it had no ice and was only ¾ full. She then proceeded to give me the drink at which point I asked for napkins to wipe it off since it was Dripping with milk and when she rudely came back with a napkins I asked her what the point of ordering extra milk if youre just going to dump half of it out?she closed the window and walked away. Its not like she was super busy there was 1 person behind me in the drive thru and they were still ordering.

  My chocolate milk bottle had grease all over it couldn’t even drink it because of how gross it was. And my buns to the burger were literally like bricks .

  They are very rude and refuse to work with you when the app system or they mess up. Ordered on app but they closed early (not shown on the app or online) sat at the curbside pickup for at least five minutes before their early closing time and continued to for about 30 minutes.The app confirmed my order saying I had it, i didn’t. when going through the drive through their only solution for me was to come back in the evening tomorrow to get my refund or food.

  Everytime I’ve been here it takes at LEAST 30 minutes to get my food. There have been 3 occasions where I actually waited an hour for my food. It seems like their favorite thing to do is to have you pull forward into a spot to get you out of the drive through then they just forget about you. Everytime I have to go inside and ask them if they forgot about me. By the time I have my order taken and wait then get my food I might as well of went to the grocery store then went home and cooked a 5 course meal because that would likely take less time than ordering one meal from this sorry establishment.
