  McDonald's is McDonald's and this location ranks with the best of them. I was blown away with the crew they had here so helpful, friendly, and professional. And the fries were perfectly done. To all you dedicated McDonald's goers you will know just what I'm talking about.

  I got off a long shift at 7am, I went to the drive thru, and when I got to the speaker, the employee says "what do you want", sighs, and then told me to hurry up, my bag of food was thrown around, food outside the packaging, and horrible service. Honestly needs reported to the health department. 02/15/26, 7:04AM drive thru & window, she had a blue shirt on.

  Went in yesterday evening to order a deluxe crispy sandwich,deluxe spicy crispy sandwich,mcchicken sandwich and large fries. I understand the word crispy but both deluxe sandwiches were burnt and dry to the point we could not eat them and they went in the trash. So two adult shated a mcchicken and frie. This McDonalds needs help,I go because its convenient but I will drive further from now on.

  I had a great experience at this location! The service was quick even during the busy lunch rush, and the staff was very friendly. My order was exactly as requested, and the fries were hot and fresh. Definitely one of the better-managed locations I’ve visited. I have consistently had a good experience every time I visit this location in Evansville.
