    It was a very unpleasant time at jimmy johns. 3 female workers just stood around talking. 1 of them walked to Dutch bros while on her shift. It took 45 min to make 4 sandwiches and there was 4 workers

    My wife stopped to get me my usual sandwhich hunters club no tomato extra mayonnaise and when she brought it home they got the orders mixed up so I got the wrong sandwhich. I called and was told to come back in so they can make it right. Had the opportunity to stop by (we live about 45 min away) told them what the sandwhich was supposed to be. Got the sandwhich and checked it before we left. It was wrong again. No mayonnaise was put on it. I parked and went in to the lady im assuming who was the manager told me the best she could do was give me mayonnaise packets. Unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different jimmy John's.

    Honestly, at this point I am confused. I love Jimmy John's. 1 hour for a sandwich. It is not the employee's fault. You need better management. FREAKY Slow.

    Placed an order at 1:18pm. At 2:30pm it still had not been delivered. I called the store and they put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and they said they didn’t have any drivers and that the manager was supposed to had called me to let me know and cancel my order which never happened. I still haven’t received an email that my order had been cancelled and refunded. Horrible customer service.
