  Did it online order first time DoorDash order in a different city wasn't sure where we were going. Received the wrong meal call the store the manager to care the whole situation replace it with a whole new meal very good service. Food was fantastic as normal. When we went into pick up our replacement meal later that day as a clean environment very nice employees the atmosphere was inviting to sit down and have a meal.

  A friend and I placed an order for lunch delivery on a Saturday - two drinks, two sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, 2 cookies, and 2 pickles for a total of $33 with the tip we prepaid. We got 2 sandwiches, 2 cookies, 1 drink, no chips, and no pickles. That’s it. Pretty basic. We didn’t get what we paid for.

  Had a delivery driver (thru Uber eats, not JJ's deliver drivers) steal our order, and Jimmy Johns hand delivered the order to us after not getting resolution thru Uber Eats. Great guys!!!

  Eat here multiple days a week. Pulled up to grab a pre-order and the employee behind the counter, right in front of the food, is vaping. Won't be back.

  Jimmy Johns has doordash drivers fill customers drinks. Driver said they can not. That they are not ServSafe certified. The manager on duty at 1pm said they are not certified either....so if anyone is getting food from Jimmy John's through Doordash and getting drinks... watch out. 09-16-2025......I went to the link you sent. They Said it was a franchise owner problem and to let them know....
