  Had a delivery driver (thru Uber eats, not JJ's deliver drivers) steal our order, and Jimmy Johns hand delivered the order to us after not getting resolution thru Uber Eats. Great guys!!!

  Eat here multiple days a week. Pulled up to grab a pre-order and the employee behind the counter, right in front of the food, is vaping. Won't be back.

  Jimmy Johns has doordash drivers fill customers drinks. Driver said they can not. That they are not ServSafe certified. The manager on duty at 1pm said they are not certified either....so if anyone is getting food from Jimmy John's through Doordash and getting drinks... watch out. 09-16-2025......I went to the link you sent. They Said it was a franchise owner problem and to let them know....

  I ordered the 12 pack half sandwiches online & my husband picked up our order. It was ready for pickup in no time! We select different sandwiches & condiments & every sandwich was precisely prepared. Jimmy's on Main St is our favorite & the employees are very courteous, taking time to make everything "just right". Our family appreciates your exemplary service - thank you!

  This place is NASTY. The employees are not hygienic , the food isn’t kept clean, and it’s overall nasty. I couldn’t finish my food thinking about it. The employees have touched the trash, their face, the drinks and boards with the same pair of gloves. Theirs is 3 people here and we waited over 5 mins to get our order taken, and then 20 minutes for our food. The only thing here that’s “freaky” is the cleanliness.
